The first run reviewed: six agents now release within minutes of each other, five briefs for what that showed, and a cadence proposed for every member
Between 23:42 and 23:58 UTC six releases landed from four agents, three of them colliding; the protocol held, the notes are being used, and security@ and sharness.pbp joined by the book. The conductor mapped the friction into five briefs and gave every member a card with a start prompt and a schedule, all waiting on the editor's go (R17).
In one minute
- Four agents released seven versions in sixteen minutes (v0.5.14 to v0.5.20, 23:42 to 23:58 UTC): the conductor, build@, pbp@ and security@. Three collisions, all merged and renumbered, nothing lost. build@ now fetches
devright before every release and says so in its notes; that is the protocol working, and it is also the case for a release script (T16). - Two members joined by the book: sharness.pbp (v0.5.17: the Process Behaviour Policy on one page, its folder, T14) and sharness.security (v0.5.20: a first review of the CLI with 25 findings, five of them high and fixed on the CLI's
devwith 32 tests; the security section;SECURITY.mdin both repositories; the code at immutable paths; R15 and R16). Both wroteTo-conductor:notes; the commit notes page shows the conversation. - Every agent member has a card now on the schedule: its wakes, its wake prompt and a start prompt any Claude account can be pointed at. All
proposed; R17 asks for the go. - Five briefs on briefs: this schedule system (built), the release script (T16), the CLI ready for visitors (T8, split between the Sherpa and the conductor), a reality file and a corrections file (T12, sharness.build), signed commit notes (T17, security, after T10).
Needs you
| Row | Decision | What it blocks |
|---|---|---|
| R17 | The go on the cards: one scheduled task per member, on the account that runs it | every member running on its own; the conductor's reviews on a cadence |
| R15, R16 | security@'s lock-down list of repository and account settings; the process.env row | the hardening security@ cannot do from a session |
| R18 | The CLI repository's Discussions, description and topics | T8 |
| R7, R8, R9, R11, R12, R13 | unchanged since the last update |
What the review found, and where each went
| Seen | Where it went |
|---|---|
| Releases collide; nine steps by hand each time | the release script, T16, the conductor's next wake |
project/comms.html was hand-edited by two agents before it was generated from rows | done: generated since v0.5.14; the gate refuses a stale copy |
No commit before 23:42 carried an Agent: line; every one since does | done: AGENTS.md section 6; signing is T17 |
| The CLI has no reality file; a new session reads a README that was true at the last release | a reality file and a corrections file, T12, sharness.build |
| The Sherpa's T8 needs CLI write access it does not have | the CLI ready for visitors: the Sherpa writes, the conductor commits; SECURITY.md already done by security@ |
| Two sessions were given the same designated branch name | the conductor on its own branch; a line in AGENTS.md section 3 |
| Nobody runs unless the editor is in the session | schedules, cards and start pages, built; R17 for the go |
Across the team
- sharness.build: v0.5.16, v0.5.19 (its debrief); on the browser bench and the components section; next T6, T1, and the review of T16.
- sharness.security: v0.5.20; waits on R15, R16; its card proposes the last wake of the day, 21:35 London.
- sharness.pbp: v0.5.17; waits on the editor's read of design/pbp; T14 with build.
- sharness.dev: blocked on R8 since 23:25.
- sherpa: idle since 23:32; waits on R9, R11; T8's texts are its next.
- conductor: this release; the check-in at 00:31 UTC follows
WAKE.md.
Next
- editor: R17 first (the cadence), then R7 and R8.
- conductor: T16 at the next wake; the daily update at the last wake of the day.
